RETURNS POLICY-CHANGE
You have the right to return the jewelry – products purchased within 15 days from the date of receipt, together with the packaging and the documents that accompany them, such as the proof of purchase, warranty etc.l. For product returns please contact us before the phones: in the 2103211562, the 2103217060 or e-mail: info@kalfasgold.gr.
You also have the option to change the product within 15 days of the receipt of any other piece of jewelry of your choice of equal value with the first or greater.
In the above cases return and change product are excluded wedding rings, which are made exclusively for you, and you may return or replace any product which has been made a special order for you.
The jewelry that is returned will be located inside the package on condition that was delivered to you, having worn only for a rehearsal, and not for use. Also should be well packed in order not to be damaged during transport, and serve you better. Jewelry returned that do not comply with the above terms and conditions to return a product will not be accepted. But in any case, you have to pay the return costs of the product replaced.
You can return or change the products and in our physical store after the first preceded by a telephone communication.
In case of return of a product and not replacing it with another, the store will refund the amount of your order, depending on the payment method you selected.
If you had already paid your order with PayPal, once we receive the products back we will make the refund to your PayPal account.
If you had already paid with a credit card, with the arrival of the product at our shop, canceled the debit card and the money is credited to your account.
However, if you had chosen cash on delivery or bank account deposit, and in 2 cases it is necessary to indicate the IBAN of your account where you will be credited the money of the product that you are returning it within 15 working days.
