The process of ordering products from our website it's simple and yet fast. The steps you need to follow is the following:
Add the products that interest you in the basket.
Once you add a product to the cart, and then you are given the option either to continue with the addition of other products to it, or to complete your order.
During checkout, you are prompted to enter the user name and password if you are a registered user, or you are prompted to create a new account. Also there is a possibility of completion of the order and as a visitor.
When you create an account, enter all necessary information, such as name, address, phone etc.
Then select the shipping method of your products, as well as the method of payment of your order.
Finally, press checkout, where a confirmation email will reach the email account that you gave us.
Order By Phone
You can place your order by phone at 2103211562 or 2103217060 working day with working hours Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday 10:00-15:00 and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10:00-19:00 . The payment of your order can be done in the following ways : cash on delivery, bank deposit. A necessary condition to the order by phone is asking for the products you want with the special code printed on each product on our site.

You can send your order by email 24 hours a day. The payment of your order can be made with all of the following ways : cash on delivery, bank deposit. A necessary condition in order via email is to add the products you wish to order with the special code printed on each product on our site.
PICK FROM OUR SHOP
After prior telephone contact and let you know that your products are available and ready for delivery, you can pick up from our physical store at the address University of 73, Athens, greece . The opening hours of the store are Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday 10:00-15:00 and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10:00-19:00
Products marked "in Stock" are shipped in 1-2 business days from the day of order with SPEEDEX. If a product is not available we will notify you by email or telephone on the progress of your order. The non-immediately available products are shipped as they become available. Deliveries are made on weekdays between 9:00 – 21:00.
- For purchases of any products with a total cost 30,00 ευρώ and older the client is not charged with shipping costs.
- For purchases of any products with a total cost of under 30,00 ευρώ the customer shall pay shipping costs 3,00 ευρώ (VAT included).
- For all areas where the carrier has made it as difficult to access, there is a surcharge 3,00 eur.
- Attention, the hard-to-reach areas, and the weight is not included in the order total.
Products are only sent within Greece.
All prices include VAT. With the completion of your order is automatically sent e-mail message with the analysis of your order. You don't need to do anything else. The system is automatically updated with your order.
In the case of a non-defective product may be returned if:
(a) The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the application for refund by phone (210 32 11 562) or by email (info@kalfasgold.gr), not to exceed 3 calendar days, and
(b) the packaging has not been compromised and is in the original state. In this case, the customer shall bear the cost of shipping.
